We’re passionate about learning and learners. Professional development covers a wide spectrum between going for your MBA and listening to a podcast! We have offerings that fit at many different places on that spectrum and are always happy to discuss what will work best for you and your organization. We have offerings for individuals and groups, and we offer both custom-written and pre-prepared content. We can provide speakers for your in-house programming, and design programming to use in conjunction with your business development activities.
Training + Teaching
Whether the sage-on-the-stage or the guide-on-the-side, Resolute offers teaching and training session for groups of varying sizes. With topics ranging from the very practical (e.g. Meetings That Work) to developing soft skills (e.g. Know Your Leadership Style) we can develop full programs or plug in to your existing professional development programs. Contact Joanna for more details and a topic listing.
We have just launched our partnership with Cakewalk Strategies to train new A/E/C marketers. Degrees of Marketing is an intensive course to get your new marketing hires set up for success. The first cohort meets in late July 2019.
Resolute provides both custom coaching for groups and slots in pre-developed programs.
Group coaching is an affordable forum to explore challenges, hone skills, and build your network. Coaching is always confidential, even in a group, and group coaching gives the benefit of both coach and peer input.
We have several curricula built out, and several more in development. We maintain lists of interested attendees to notify you of a new cohort launch. These curricula are also available to professional associations and businesses for customized delivery.

Resolute also writes custom curriculum to meet organizations’ professional development needs. What do you want to explore?
One-to-one coaching is a great forum to tackle specific challenges and move the needle of persistent or acute work issues. This confidential forum provides guidance and exploration, often using exercises and assessments.
Coaching is not therapy! It is usually time limited and has specific goals in mind. Most individual coaching is bi-weekly with a three-month commitment, and we start with a phone conversation or brief meeting to see if this is the right solution at the right time.
Professional Development as Business Development
Socializing together is great – but what about learning with your clients? How could you use professional development as a business development tool? Particularly effective for mid-career and senior professionals, we offer programs ranging from Business Book Clubs, to Curated Speaker Panels, to soft skill development.
We can also provide train-the-trainer services. Do you provide Lunch-and-Learns or other expert content for your clients? Are your technical experts also accomplished trainers and communicators? Let us help.
