Specializing in the intersection of strategy, learning, and execution, Joanna Hoffschneider founded Resolute Consulting to separate the signal from the noise for her clients.
Her multi-faceted approach was built through her first career in teaching and training and her second in marketing and business development. Joanna has a talent for bringing order, focus, and a sense of purpose to projects and helping clients leverage their strengths to accomplish their goals. She uses these skills at different scales to benefit both individuals and organizations through her individual client work, as a facilitator in her workshops, or as a speaker at conferences. Joanna works with clients both virtually and in-person, teaming up with trusted and skilled associates when needed to tackle a project strategically and efficiently.
Engagements with Resolute Consulting often fall into one of three categories: professional development, skills building, and training; career development and executive coaching; and strategic consulting.
